Where can I stay in the area?

Berkeley County, WV offers many lodging (below) and camping options.

CAMPING:

The Lazy A Campground, has tent and trailer camping is available onsite and reservations may be made by online or by calling the MBCCVB at 304/264-8801.  THE CAMPGROUND WILL NOT TAKE RESERVATIONS DIRECTLY

CAMPING PASS IS $25 per day and each camper must have a valid weekend ticket to the event in addition to the camping pass.  Children under 12 are free.

NO HOOK-UPS • PORTA POTTIES AVAILABLE • HAUL WATER AVAILABLE • ICE CAN BE PURCHASED ONSITE • SPOTS ARE ASSIGNED ON ARRIVAL AND ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE /

FIRES MUST BE KEPT OFF THE GROUND IN FIREPITS/BBQ's etc.  NO GROUND FIRES ARE ALLOWED AND WILL BE EXTINGUISHED.

2010 CAMPING OPENS AT 9am and closes at 11am Monday.  YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED EARLY.

CAMPERS MUST KEEP FOOD/DRINK/PETS CONFINED TO THEIR CAMPSITE AND ARE SUBJECT TO LAZY A AND EVENT RULES. OUTSIDE FOOD/DRINKS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN FESTIVAL FENCE. CAMPERS MUST VISIBLY DISPLAY HANG TAG AT CAMPSITE. CAMPERS MUST LEAVE THEIR SITE CLEAN ON DEPARTURE.

Berkeley County has many other camping facitilites close to the event including Sleepy Creek Wildlife Area (see # 25), Willow Run Farms, etc. Call 304-264-8801 for suggestions.

The hotels list below are offering "Stay and Play" discount packages, which feature discounted room rate and Pickin' tickets.  Request this package when booking at these properties!
